Bicycle Board Members,
As you know, I am representing you on the Long Range Transportation Plan Transportation Advisory Group. We've had several workshops and are now narrowing down the options. You might at least find the attached maps interesting as they show many bicycle "improvements". If you have any comments you'd like me to take to the TAG meeting tomorrow night, please send them to me at your earliest convenience. To guide your thinking, you might also give me some input on the attached survey.

Please find attached the agenda and accompanying information for the September 26th meeting to be held at the Airport Managers Conference Room on the lower level of the Airport Managers Building at 6 PM.
In preparation and to maximize the value of our meeting time, we recommend that you:
Review the attached PDF maps for two potential transportation scenarios that we will discuss at the meeting. We have also attached a comparison of the proposed projects in each scenario prepared by MPO staff.Review the attached survey related to the scenarios. Please jot down your thoughts if you have time to “jump start” the conversation at the meeting.Review the attached non-mapped ideas and strategies and come prepared to provide us your feedback.We have hard copies of this information at the MPO’s office available if you need them.
If you know of an area that needs transportation improvements now is the time to be heard.
