Bicycle Board Members,
I met with Jeff Mikorski this morning on the education grant proposal. He will try to get the WVDOT to consider our in-kind contributions as part of the cost share. So, I ask you to review what you sent me to see if you need to make any adjustments. For example, I notice that some of you didn't include the time you spent in education committee meetings. If you have any changes to make, I need them by tomorrow afternoon.
