There are some things to consider. According to http://www.bikesbelong.org/grants/apply-for-a-grant/grant-seekers-guide/ a "facilities grant would not consider Bike Racks, shelters, or lockers." Moreover, a Bikes Belong Grant only "will not consider grant requests in which our funding would amount to 50% or more of the project budget" so we would need funding from other sources like the State, City or Sponsors. Also, "support letters from the local bicycle industry would be *KEY* to" our "proposal. Letters from Bikes Belong members---retailers and suppliers---will strengthen your application."
