The attached agenda contains more info about the Mon Blvd TWLTL. If you have any thoughts that you'd like me to include in the letter that Bill Austin suggested we write to the WVDOH thru him on this, please send them to me. I hope to get the letter done and sent to your for review and approval by next Wednesday in time to deliver it to the MPO CAC at next Thursday's CAC meeting.
