Bill, I saw the article this morning. Thanks for getting this info into the paper paper today (Dominion Post). I agree that the deplorable state of the statewide non-motorized amenities are the root cause of car addiction. There are some pretty entrenched mechanisms for keeping things that way. Now what do we do about it?
