I sent the message below to Damien but with attachments, it was too big to get to you. So, I deleted 2 attachments and abridged the report to the TC by removing graphics, a table and a bunch of reference text so now, you have just the text that I plan to read to the TC.

In response to your request after last night's MPO TAG LRTP meeting, attached is a preliminary Bicycle Board Monthly Report to the Traffic Commission for next Wednesday's Traffic Commission meeting. By copy of this message, I ask any BB members that want any changes to the reply ASAP with cc to you.
Damien, in the report I mention the Connecting Communities formation white paper and the legislative agenda recommendations that we provided. To this message, I also attached those documents. I think it would be good for the TC to have the electronic files but I don't know if it would be worth all the paper to make hard copies for all members. Whether you decide to make hard copies or not is OK with me.
