Bill, Thanks for copying me on your message to Terry Hough and for attaching Narvel Weese's October 22, 2010 letter to Paul Maddox. I hadn't seen that before. Just to be sure we don't get off track, the proposed bicycle lane is to go UP Monongalia Blvd., not down as stated in Weese's letter. Frank D. "Bike Laws" reference on Bike Morgantown page

Good afternoon, While updating the address information on our Positive Spin brochure regarding bike laws I checked both the old and new Bike Board references to bike laws. It appears the old site correctly references Article 373 of the municipal code, but the new site refers to Article 371 - I believe Article 373 is the correct reference. The other one is good, but it just doesn't have as much to say about bicycles. It appears to talk exclusively about pedestrians. Wasn't sure who to send this comment to, hope it helps.
