As we discussed at this morning's meeting, we are going to do a survey to determine who would use bike lockers, how much they would be willing to pay and where we should put them. If you have additional ideas on what we should try to learn with the survey or how we should construct the survey, please reply-all with them.

Agree on the three issues that you identified below. May want to add something about sheltered spaces which would not be as secure being an adequate solution to their parking problems. Also, questions about their use of bicycles - recreation versus transportation - and availability of secure parking as a means to use their bicycle more for their daily commute.
Survey monkey may be a good resource for the development and implementation of the survey.
