At http://db.tt/eNc5RBYL , there are 2 files: 1) Bicycle Board Report to TC for next Wednesday's meeting, and 2) v10 of the Morgantown Bicycle Plan.

v10 of the plan contains changes made in response to comments by Chief Preston, Perry Keller and Bill Austin on v09. As we discussed at tonight's BB meeting, we would like the TC to review v10 in preparation for next week's TC meeting and to give us comments at the meeting.
