As shown at, http://www.bikexprt.com/streetsmarts/index.htm state-specific Street Smarts are available. I have a paper copy of the PA version is you'd like to see it. It includes PA's specific bicycle laws. The Bicycle Board discussed years ago making one for WV but I think those members may have moved on.
