My name is Lauren, and I am a journalism student here at WVU. It is my job this semester to cover parking and transportation in Morgantown, and recently I became aware of the Regional Bike Plan the city is currently designing. I was hoping I could speak to somebody on your board to hear information about the project, the project's goals, and more about the citizen-based participatory planning process. If there is any person you could point me in the direction to, that would be greatly appreciated.
