Please make the MEBEP final report compelling to funding agencies to give us more money.
In Dropbox at http://db.tt/GECf1Z5D, please find a first draft of the Morgantown Effective Bicycling Education Program final report. I think I've done a fair job of documenting what we've done but I need your help to make the report compel granting agencies to give us more money to continue the education component of our bicycle plan.
Don't let the size of the document scare you. It's mostly pictures.
I would appreciate your reviewing the whole report and indicating anything I missed or anything to make it better. I think the Executive Summary, Conclusions and Recommendations sections are particularly weak. I especially need your help in those sections.
Please reply to all. The sooner, the better. It would be nice to have this finalized before we go before City Council January 31.
