The grant proposal is due to Jeff Mikorski COB this Thursday. The City received the invitation to propose on December 20. Jeff must submit the proposal no later than Saturday.
I was expecting to have more time to make the proposal. I had planned that we would develop it as a team. Now, with so little time, i plan to write a draft and run it by you for changes and comments. I hope to have something for you by tomorrow, Wednesday afternoon. I plan to start with our last proposal; update it with info that we developed for the Intent-to-Propose; flesh out the descriptions of what we propose to do and include the report of FY2010 accomplishments.
If you have any better ideas, please let me know ASAP.
