Bicycle Board Members,

I think you will thoroughly enjoy Don Spencer's report of his trip to Portland OR (a platinum level bicycle friendly community) and his photos. Unfortunately, Don will be out of town tonight and not able to attend the bicycle board meeting. After reading his report and looking at his photos, please let me know if you'd like me to arrange a special meeting to discuss these with him. (BTW, the photos are incorrectly labeled "Orlando". That should be "Portland".)
