Let me rehash the original paragraph below because I wrote it too fast: The Planning Commission has tabled consideration of the Bicycle Storage Plan in favor of a workshop to better educate themselves. Another factor in making this decision was that the Traffic Commission was going to hear the proposed ordinance first, but as we know from practical experience, the TC almost always cancels meetings due to lack of quorum. That's better.
