[Bikeboard] State wide info for Bike Summit

Good afternoon, Just received this information from the Bike Summit to help with lobbying on Thursday.  This is the first time it's been available before the show, so I'm sharing it with all of you.  Info for all states is posted publicly on the league's website at:  http://www.bikeleague.org/conferences/summit12/index.php
