Bicycle Board Members,
Attached is a letter from WVDOT Secretary Paul Maddox to WVU VP Administration & Finance Narvel Weese saying WVDOT thinks the bike lane is a good idea and agreeing with WVU's proposal to close the Bike Lane during events but asking for WVU to provide a traffic operations plan.
