Bicycle Board Members,
Please find attached v10 or the Morgantown Bicycle Plan. It shows changes that I made to v09 in response to comments received from Chief Preston, Perry Keller and Bill Austin. I will also send this file to the TC through Damien with the changes accepted. If you find any changes with which you disagree, please let me know and I'll revert them but I'll need your response before the TC meeting at 6:30 pm tomorrow.
