[Bikeboard] Terrence accepts Plan

Bicycle Board Members,

I met with City Manager, Terrence Moore and Damien Davis today. Terrence said he looked over the Bicycle Plan and accepts it. He put a presentation of it on the agenda for the January 31 City Council meeting of the whole,

He understands that the plan is an essential element of our LAB Bicycle Friendly Community award application and shares our determination to get the plan and application done by the February 17 application deadline.

At the meeting, I used the attached outline to guide our discussion.
