At tonight's BB meeting, I took an action item to send you the presentation that Chip and I put together on Bicycling Economics. It's too big to attach to an e-mail. We first delivered this presentation to the Region VI Planning & Development Council in Fairmont and then Chip presented it at the WVCC meeting in Richwood.
