The Planning Commission has tabled consideration of the Bicycle Storage Plan in favor of a workshop to better education themselves. Another factor in making this decision was that the Traffic Committee was going to hear the proposed ordinance first, but as we know from practical experience, the TC always cancels meeting due to lack of quorum.
