Maybe you and the rest of the Bike Board could make a proposal to Paul Brake, the City Manager, or come to the next committee of the whole April 24 (let Paul Brake or Linda Tucker, the City Clerk know you're coming in advance) and we could get moving on this.

Looks like TAP$ and TIGER$ will be available this year. Does anybody know whether the City Council, City Manager, City Engineer, Traffic Commission, MPO or WVDOH are planning to go for any of this for bicycling?
