On July 15 I'll be in Washington DC at the end of riding from Pittsburgh, PA for the National Bicycle Greenway Mayors' Relay. I'll be received by city officials, and in the past that's included DC Bike Coordinator Jim Sebastian (whom I've met on this ride 2 previous years). It may be possible for me to arrange a tour of their bikeshare system which is just coming online this month. Would any of the bike board members be interested in coming up that day to join me for a tour if I can arrange it?
Note that this is tentative right now.
I should also explain that I have a selfish motive here - I'll be biking all the way from Morgantown and I'm looking to bum a ride back. I'll be happy to pay my share for gas and expenses.
