Yes, the same Massey Energy that owned and operated Upper Big Branch Mine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Upper_Big_Branch_Mine_disaster where 29 miners were killed in April 2010 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Massey_Energy, and whose president, Don Blankenship https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Don_Blankenship, was convicted in 2015 of conspiring to violate mine safety and health standards.
