Attached, please find the Third Joint Status Report filed with the US District Court last week.?

We have been informed by the new property owner Allegheny Heartland LLC that they have no current plans to do more logging in the Cheat Canyon.? The new owner leases logging rights to third parties while retaining ownership of the land.? They currently have no leases for the property, or any immediate prospects.? We have been informed that we will be notified should they lease any of the timbering rights covered under the Agreement.???
