I don't plan to picket, but do plan to be inside to counter any obvious industry misinformation. A more visible protest would only be useful if it got widespread attention, and I am not sure that any local political leaders will be present.

Lack of air pollution control Haliburton exemptions for Safe Drinking Water Act, RCRA, etc. Surface owner rights Truck traffic Lack of DEP inspectors Tomblin's weak Marcellus bill Tax Breaks for industry etc.

I have rouble seeing how these are INDUSTRY issues. They're all about inadequate REGULATION, not industry misdeeds, except for the truck traffic.
