The PSC entered the attached scheduling order today requesting briefs on the proposed settlement order by May 16, replies by May 22 and a hearing on May 27 at 930 AM.
This looks like it is a full evidentiary hearing on May 27, and that we may need to identify expert witnesses to testify by May 16.
You can be sure that TrAILCo and Staff, and well as WV-EUG will have witnesses in favor. Any thoughts on who will testify for us? The economic aspects are clearly going to drive the discussion, unless we can get the PAC to re-focus on the reliability/Need issues and the environmental impacts.
