I have attached to this email a copy of the Sierra Club's Petition for Suspension and Review which corrects six instances in which the date 2011 was incorrectly typed as 2001. Because it is impossible to mis-spell a date, spell check cannot catch this kind of mistake. Because the date is important for the merits of the petition I have corrected it. Corrected hard copies will be filed at the Supreme Court, served on adverse parties, and filed with the Commission.
