I assume that Randy Huffman's report released today is designed to do one or both of the following:

1- Boost Tomblin's campaign (not that he needs it).

2- Weaken arguments for needed regulation.

And of course to hear him say we have all the framework we need to protect the environment - laugh till you cry.
