Congress, "Don't Stand in the Way of EPA Action on Climate Change!"

The Senate is currently considering legislation that will fund the EPA for the next year, and opponents of action on climate change are looking to prevent the EPA from acting to curb global warming pollution or accurately measure the potential climate impacts of biofuels. It is vital that both Congress and EPA work quickly together if we are to make real progress on global warming.

Prohibiting EPA from addressing global warming pollution ignores science

and undermines existing laws. It also takes away some of our country's most valuable tools for curbing global warming.
