Jim, we have received an application. I hope to have an electronic copy tomorrow, and when we get it, we are going to try to get it on the website as quickly as possible. If you would like to wait, I will send you a link just as soon as we get it up (or if the file is not too big, I can send it directly to you). We have a hard copy available here for review, as well.

A Dec. 10 news story described a coal-to-liquids plant proposed for Mingo County by TransGas Development Systems, and the news story indicated that a permit application was on file at DEP. But I have been unable to find anything available on it posted on the DAQ wev site. Do you have an application on file and would it be possible to get an electronic copy of the application.
