PATH, LLC filed these motions in Virginia to withdraw their application. They now want to re-file a new set of applications in all three states (early in 2010) to "coordinate the schedule among all three states".

I don't think anyone thinks this is over, so we need to take advantage of this time to lobby the Legislature.
