I was unaware that a DEP hearing had been scheduled. I am also unclear as to what permits DEP would offer on this, other than the stormwater/construction permits. Any thoughts?

Get this. We heard there was going to be a hearing held in Moorefield last night by the WV DEP to take public comment on granting environmental permits for TrAIL. I watched the kids and Kat drove 2 hours and made a speech and she was the only person. There were 7 people in the audience. Three were DEP employees, one was a court reporter, and 3 were AE employees. DEP told her this was the one hearing for the entire State. Evidently, they thought they (DEP) placed an ad in the newspaper but Jean Flanigan told us they never did. She should know since she's the news editor. What a joke. We need to complain and ask for another hearing. Had any of you heard about this?
