P.S. Perhaps this would be better as a letter to the editor to point out how ludicrous AEP and DEP are. These are the folks who want us to believe that they are protecting the environment by building PATH.
In fact, why not both (a letter and an editorial)? This could become a really interesting issue with relatively little effort.
