The attached announcement describes a publi hearing for a hudropower project proposed for the Robert C Byrd Lok and dam ner Apple grove, mason County, WV. The hearing is Oct. 1. Anyone interested in attending? I have not looked over the detail, but would like to support a project that meets the criteria for Low Impact HydroPower.
