The link below takes you to the 12-page order, but suffice it to say that the PSC has extended the Schedule for the PATH case again.
PATH will have until March 31 to file additional data on its case, including revised electricity demands and reliability forecasts based on upgrades to other lines. They must also file a complete set of data, including all previous testimony, revisions, substitutions, additions and deletions, to assist intervenors in unraveling this increasingly complex case.
Intervenors (that's us) must file motions for "discovery" on the supplemental PATH testimony by July 22, and must file our new "Direct" testimony by Aug. 11. After several rounds or responses, rebuttals and more discovery, the evidentiary hearings are scheduled from Oct. 11-26.
The PSC's final decision on the applications is due by Feb. 9, 2012.
We should be thinking about any additional testimony we might need by Aug. 11, as well as how to continue the lobbying effort on this campaign.
