This morning, for the first time, I am seeing smoke from Longview's main smoke stack, as well as steam from Longview's cooling towers. Based on the attached press release, it is not clear that they have burned coal yet, but if smoke or steam is coming from the stack, it suggests they at least have all the pipes put together.
