We received notice from PATH's counsel that they will be filing their application to the West Virginia PSC this Friday, May 15. The application will be available on the PSC web site. Sierra Club plans to intervene in the PSC proceedings in opposition to the line. We expect the Maryland and Virginia applications to follow shortly.
