Looks to me like it will still involve roads and clearing along the top of ridges and large concrete pads for the turbines, probably fences too. How is that less impact on wildlife and the environment?

Totally garbled...but once you decipher it, sounds fascinating. More juice from less wind, less impact...what's not to like? Wish it had mentioned cost issues.
