Counsel for PATH today advised that -- on Friday of this week -- PATH intends to file with the Public Service Commission of West Virginia, its application for a certificate of convenience and necessity to construct a 765 kV electric transmission line from AEP's John Amos plant in Winfield, WV to Maryland. We will get a hard copy and a digital copy. I will forward the digital copy on receipt, but it will also be available shortly after filing from the PSC web page.
