John and I were on this conf. call yesterday. I did not hear if anyone else from WV was on the call. I had a Resilient Habitats call at 6pm so I logged off this call then. I do not have time to follow up on this so I leave it to the Energy Comm. to take the lead if you want the chapter active on this issue. best, paul

A big thank you to everyone who joined the call today, it was very productive. One follow-up item requested was more detailed information about the Stakeholder Steering Committee selection process and the April 22-23rd meeting in St. Louis. Below is more information for you, and I've attached both the public interest organization comments and the supplemental comments submitted today.

Dear Interested EIPC Stakeholders,
The EIPC held a series of webinars mid-March to share a straw proposal on the EIPC Stakeholder Steering Committee (SSC) formation. The description of the proposal, webinar slides, recordings of the webinars, and the participants can be found on the EIPC website: http://eipconline.com in the library. We invite your written comments on the straw proposal until Mar. 31st by sending them to dwhiteley@eipconline.com. (Please note that the email address provided at the first webinar was incorrect.) These comments will also be posted on the website and considered in the next iteration of the SSC straw proposal.
To reach agreement among stakeholders on the final SSC make-up and selection process, the EIPC is holding an Eastern Interconnection-wide stakeholder meeting on Thurs. and Fri., April 22-23, in St. Louis, Missouri. Register to attend with the link below. All attendees must make their own travel arrangements. The information about the hotel and room block is provided when you register.
We strongly encourage everyone to attend in person, however; stakeholders who cannot attend will have remote access to the meeting through a webinar link to the plenary sessions and a conference call number for discussions that occur in breakout sessions. These will be sent out in a future email.
To register by April 14th, go to: http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22AE6SFFYEB
The agenda and materials on the straw proposal will be sent to all registered participants the week before the meeting. If you have further questions about the meeting logistics, please contact Eileen at Emiller@keystone.org. Other questions should be directed to dwhiteley@eipconline.com or cmorris@keystone.org. _______________________________________________ EIPClist mailing list EIPClist@keystone.org http://keystone.org/mailman/listinfo/eipclist_keystone.org
