This article is really cool. If you check out the database link on the article, the permit for the MEA power plant on Beechurst Avenue was last inspected in 1992. Inspections for every other permit in the Morgantown area are even older, if they happened at all. In fact, it looks like the last time WV-DEP did an inspection of an NPDES permit anywhere in WV was over 10 years ago, and then they "inspected" Canaan Valley State Park.
