[EC] Please Reply: Energy Efficiency in WV

We have been playing around with Energy Efficiency legislation in WV for the last couple years, but hope to launch a pretty concerted campaign this legislative session, and perhaps add other campaign elements. I propose that the Energy Committee establish the "Efficiency Subcommittee" for those who want to focus more effort on that. If you want to join the EE Subcommittee, let me know. There is likely to be some involvement/assistance from national staff, so this needs some volunteers locally. Let me know ASAP.
