Oh, this is a new low. We can get coverage in Europe but not in WV.
Similar to the MIC (think Bhopal, India) storage issue. Bayer does not store large quantities of MIC in Belgium or Germany. They make it as they need it. However, they stockpile it to the tune of 200,000+ pounds in the Kanawha Valley. The explosion at the end of August took place close to where the MIC is stored. Bayer personnel bowed, scraped and apologized at the recent meeting with citizens. Now we find out there has been yet another unreported breach and some employees were contaminated. We only found out because one of the employees went for treatment at a local hospital.
