More bad news, Court ruling on Mingo County Coal to liquid plant

The attached ruling on the air permit for the TransGas Coal-to-liquids plant sides with the Air Quality Board. It rules on procedural issues only, and concludes that the permit, as modified to meet the objections of the AQB, is valid. Jim Kotcon

Movements are about people — about all of us who put aside the things we have to do because we understand that the future is at stake.
