The Monongahela River is flowing from right to left, from West Virginia. The Cheat River is coming out of the background and under the bridge, Pt. Marion being across and to the right. Notice the obvious interface on the water. The Cheat River is clear and blue. The Monongahela River is contaminated, yellow - brown, with both suspended and dissolved solids. The specific conductivity being reported as 300 microsiemens per centimeter. These are typical conditions sometimes higher. Duane G. Nichols, CLEAR. _______________________________________________ CLEAR mailing list CLEAR@osenergy.org http://wvcompletestreets.org/mailman/listinfo/clear
