Good news!
We have added 2 Tuesdays per month to our shop opening schedule on the 2nd and 4th week of each month.
Please note that currently these Tuesdays are dedicated openings for volunteers only and are not for customers; a no-sales/no-trades-ins/no-repairs policy will be strictly enforced. However, donations will be received during this time. The reason for this policy is that we presently require openings in which volunteers can dedicate their time to repairing donated bicycles. However, this policy may be revised in the future primarily due to WVU's Human Powered Vehicle Competition Team class providing 2 hours a week time to the shop throughout the semester, beginning this week. If we discover there is a good supply of repaired bicycles, that would be motivation to change the Tuesday policy.
Also, we now have enough repair stands to easily facilitate 10 volunteers at a time! Dan Emery fabricated 5 additional stands utilizing a design by Kenny Rice. We tested them out this Saturday, and we were impressed.

September 10 - 6-8pm September 24 - 6-8pm October 8 - 6-8pm October 22 - 6-8pm
