The owners of the property decided to sell the property and there is a clause in the lease that gives them the ability to do this in the event of a sale if the lessee is not in the first year of the lease. What this means is that Positive Spin will have to quickly find a place with at least 1700 to 2000 sq ft at no more than $6/sq ft/yr.
