Hello! 

Thanks so much for hosting WVU students for the Adventure WV Day of Service! Included in this email you'll find important information regarding the Day of Service on Friday, August 14th as well as the pre-reflection for Thursday, August 13th. On Thursday evening, we have coordinated programming  for the students after they finish moving in. We would love if you could join us at the WVU Rec Center for the pre-reflection activity. This will give you an opportunity to meet the students, talk about your organization, as well as discuss details for the next day. The pre-reflection is scheduled from 7-7:45pm, so if you could arrive by 6:45pm, that would be stellar. I invite you to come earlier (6:15pm) if you'd like to have pizza and meet the students! Please let me know if you are unable to attend the Thursday pre-reflection. 

On Friday morning, the students will be departing to their respective service sites by 8:30am. You can plan for the students to arrive between 8:45 and 9:15am. The students are all yours until 3:30pm, when they will depart for the main campus. We will be delivering lunch from Honey Baked Ham between 11am and 1pm, so please plan a lunch into the work day!
