Just to put our minor efforts into a worldwide perspective, I put together a list of some of the projects around the world that are supported by used bikes being exported from the United States.

 

We occasionally donate to Bikes for the World in the Washington DC area. They claim 80,117 donated bikes!

 

My favorites are Ability Bikes in Ghana and the Prisoners Support Organization in Uganda. The list is not inclusive and is redundant. Happy browsing.
